Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman chaired the 30th Financial Stability and Development Council meeting in New Delhi, attended by the RBI Governor, heads of major financial regulators, senior finance ministry officials, and CERT-In representatives. The council discussed financial stability, sector development, regulator coordination, financial inclusion, literacy and macroprudential supervision, including oversight of large financial conglomerates.
