Tejas Parthasarathi Sudarshan, founder of applied AI startup Winsen Labs, pitched two AI proposals to Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a Chennai Metro journey. Shortlisted among 17 founders, he used about 90 seconds to propose integrating real-world AI projects into student education and creating a unified AI-powered government service desk to streamline citizen services and document submission.
