Burtown House’s kitchen garden functions as a year-round, closed-loop ecosystem, supplying a walled garden, four-acre field, and polytunnels overseen by an in-house growing team. The Green Barn’s menu follows the garden’s yields with dishes like walled garden soup, broccoli tempura and risotto primavera alongside comforts such as wagyu burger and sticky toffee pudding. Eco-cabins for overnight stays will open later this year.
