Wardha will get a new combined training headquarters for six State Reserve Police Force groups based in Vidarbha, following approval from the Maharashtra government. The centre aims to reduce the burden on the existing Nanvij-Daund facility in Pune and speed up training and deployment of recruits. The project will include 446 sanctioned posts, with funds also approved for vehicles and operational infrastructure.
