US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said India and the United States are close to finalising a bilateral trade agreement, with only a few issues remaining and an announcement expected soon. Speaking in Mumbai, he noted advanced negotiations, while Indian ministers said initial legal drafting is nearly complete and both sides are working on market access, tariffs and implementation.
