North Korea published photos showing leader Kim Jong Un inspecting footwear and women’s clothing at the 2026 National Garment and Footwear Exhibition, attended by his wife Ri Sol Ju and daughter Kim Ju Ae. State media released the images after unverified social media rumours claimed Kim had suffered a brain haemorrhage, fallen into a coma, or died.
