Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said technological leadership will determine strategic advantage in future warfare, asserting today's imagination will become tomorrow's military capabilities. Speaking at a DRDO-hosted Vimarsh 2026 in New Delhi, he called the defence sector a cornerstone of the 2047 vision, urged DRDO-industry collaboration across R&D to manufacturing, and highlighted AI, drones, start-ups and MSMEs in achieving Atmanirbhar Bharat.
