Quad foreign ministers pledged technical and financial support to expand access to trusted artificial intelligence across the Indo-Pacific, and the US committed $10 million for critical minerals recycling in India and ASEAN. They announced a first Quad Business Leaders' Forum, planned export credit agency talks in Tokyo, and signaled intent for a Quad Leaders' Summit in November.
