A new CBS/YouGov poll offers a glimpse into how young Americans view taxes on the wealthy. Among respondents under 30, 69% said they favor candidates who support raising taxes on wealthy Americans. The figure was lower among older age groups. The findings come as wealth taxes remain part of the US political conversation ahead of November’s midterm elections.
