The 4th National Mid-Term CME of the Indian Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health concluded in Srinagar (Sept 25, 27), organised with the Jammu & Kashmir Psychiatric Society. The "Children, Ethics and Laws" programme united clinicians, legal experts and researchers to examine ethical, legal and clinical aspects, AI implications, child rights and workforce needs, calling for evidence-based, rights-centered, accessible mental-health services for children and adolescents.
