South Korea introduced its first robot monk named Gabi during a traditional Buddhist ceremony at Jogyesa Temple in Seoul. Developed by Chinese company Unitree Robotics, the tall Unitree G1 humanoid robot wore authentic robes, pressed its palms together, and joined human monks ahead of Buddha birthday, proving that advanced technology is now finding a peaceful place in ancient spiritual traditions across the modern world.
