Shares of Japan's major beer makers fell about 4% after the Fair Trade Commission raided four firms on suspicion of colluding to fix beer and related product sales to wholesalers. The companies, which control over 90% of Japan's domestic beer market, confirmed the raids and said they would cooperate while the watchdog continues its probe.
