Delhi AAP president Saurabh Bharadwaj has filed a complaint with the Lieutenant Governor and Delhi Police against the Shri Keshav Ramlila Committee (NSP, Pitampura), its president and BJP MLA Ashok Goel, and Minister Kapil Mishra for planning to burn a 30 foot cockroach effigy alongside Ravana on Dussehra, alleging hurt to religious sentiments and incitement.
