The NHS Healthy Choices Quiz, part of the NHS 10 Year Health Plan, was completed over 1.4 million times between July 2025 and July 2026, with an 86% completion rate and 38% of users exploring NHS apps. The web tool assesses six lifestyle areas and designers found approachable visuals, clear wording, full overviews and practical question framing improved engagement.
