Newly appointed Indian Ambassador to Nepal Sudhakar Dalela arrived in Kathmandu to assume charge, arriving ahead of Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri’s scheduled visit. Dalela, an IFS officer since 1993, has served in posts across Israel, Brasilia, Chicago, Dhaka, Geneva, Thimphu, Washington, and Bhutan, and previously held senior MEA and trade policy roles including Secretary (Economic Relations).
