Jammu and Kashmir can attract Global Capability Centres, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said, citing six advantages including lower costs, incentives, local talent and institutional support. Addressing the J&K GCC Summit, he outlined a five-year roadmap emphasizing talent development, investor confidence and niche areas like agri-tech, tourism technology and handicraft digitisation to build a global innovation hub.
