A 15 year old boy who disappeared after boarding a train in Bihar in 2005 has been reunited with his family 21 years later. Now 36, Ram Shanker Kushwaha was identified by his brother after spotting him in a Facebook video posted by Gwalior DSP Santosh Patel. He returned to Madhubani on September 7, where his mother recognised him.
