Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim urged inclusive dialogue and constructive engagement to advance reconciliation in Myanmar after meeting President Min Aung Hlaing. He pledged Malaysia will work through ASEAN to promote peace, expand cooperation in trade, education, energy and more, and facilitate voluntary returns of Myanmar nationals while noting repatriation must follow verification and agreed procedures.
