West Bengal Finance Minister Dr Swapan Dasgupta invited investors and real estate developers to explore opportunities in Kolkata at CREDAI NATCON 2026. Addressing around 1,200 delegates, he highlighted plans for policy reforms, stronger manufacturing and technology sectors, and urban development. The government also wants outdated laws, including the Urban Land Ceiling Act, reviewed to create more opportunities for investment and growth.
