Kenya aims to plant 17.24 million trees during National Mazingira Week as part of its 15 billion-by-2032 goal. The week includes school and institutional plantings, county-level restorations, a Presidential Green Challenge, community-led village drives and campaigns by prisons and the NYS. Authorities will monitor tree survival and value through an upgraded JazaMiti 2.0 dashboard.
