KBN University's Faculty of Medical Sciences in Kalaburagi was ranked 27th nationally, 20th in its zone, and 13th in Karnataka among private medical colleges in the IIRF 2026 rankings. The International Institutional Ranking Framework and its Centre for Institutional Research, New Delhi, issued the certificate. Vice-Chancellor Ashfaq Ahmad said the ranking acknowledges the institution's performance, and Chancellor Syed Mohammed Ali Al-Hussaini congratulated faculty and staff.
