Jio Platforms’ ₹30,213-crore IPO was subscribed 3.16 times on day one, drawing bids worth about ₹69,800 crore. Qualified institutional bids reached 9.42 times, NIIs 1.68 times, and retail 0.73 times. The issue, priced ₹1,065-1,119, attracted strong institutional anchor demand; up to ₹27,500 crore will be used to repay Reliance Jio Infocomm borrowings.
