External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said using terrorism as an instrument of statecraft is unacceptable and unjustifiable, noting some states fail to show zero tolerance. Speaking at Chinmaya Mission's 75th event, he urged dialogue, diplomacy and collective counter-terrorism, called for reformed multilateralism, attention to Global South crises, and a responsible, inclusive approach to AI.
