External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said India’s development cooperation with Africa is guided by partner needs and priorities, highlighting the Kampala principles. Speaking to ITEC alumni in Côte d’Ivoire, he noted ITEC’s role in capacity building across sectors, with nearly 10,000 annual training opportunities and strong ties between India and Côte d’Ivoire.
