Apple's iPhone 18 Pro and Samsung's Galaxy S26 Ultra take very different routes this year. Apple adds a 2nm A20 Pro chip and a variable-aperture camera, but raises the Pro price to $1,199. Samsung holds its Ultra at $1,299.99 with a 200MP sensor and faster 60W charging. Both drop 128GB storage, making 256GB the new starting point for every buyer.
