India's Space economy to increase threefold in next 10 years: Jitendra Singh

Union Minister Jitendra Singh highlighted India's growth in the space economy since 2014, with private sector participation boosted under Prime Minister Modi. India aims to have its own space station by 2035. Singh mentioned that ISRO’s capabilities have surged, launching over 432 satellites, with 397 since 2014. To make India a global leader by 2047, global strategies are needed. He also emphasized exploring India's underutilized resources, including space, marine, and Himalayan, which will contribute to economic growth.
