ISRO launched the 2,250-kg NVS-03 navigation satellite aboard GSLV-F18, placing it into the planned Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit. ISRO Chairman Dr. V. Narayanan praised the teams and noted a 56-day turnaround between GSLV missions. The launch restores NavIC to four operational satellites, adds an indigenous atomic clock and introduces an L1 signal alongside L5 and S-band.
