India Plans ₹143 Lakh Crore Urban Infrastructure Investment by 2030

The Navi Mumbai International Airport and NAINA project are expected to increase land prices by 3.9 times in areas like Khopoli and Pen by 2030. Similarly, Jewar Airport in NCR and the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road projects will raise land prices by 1.4 times and 1.5 times, respectively, creating good opportunities for developers and investors. By 2030, around 600 million people, or 40% of India's population, will live in urban areas. In response, India plans to invest over Rs 143 lakh crore in urban infrastructure by 2030.
