Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya launched 'Life Skills to Reach the Top' at IIT Delhi, written by Uttarakhand's ex-DGP Ashok Kumar and former DRDO scientist O.P. Manocha. The book offers practical tools like SMART goals, SWOT analysis and Ikigai to bridge academics and real-life skills for students, job seekers and young professionals. Aman Gupta attended.
