Haryana universities and higher education institutions can apply for seed funding under the government's Navachar Yojana to develop practical solutions for state priority challenges, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said. Selected proposals will receive initial grants up to Rs 1 lakh for DPR preparation, with further approval for implementation. Partnerships with Google India, IIT Delhi and NIT Kurukshetra will support AI, mentoring and technical assistance.
