Passengers arriving at Guwahati’s LGBI Airport can now browse books at a new book fair inside its bamboo-structured arrival village. The initiative at Terminal 2 combines Assam-inspired architecture with fiction, non-fiction and children’s books, giving travellers something more interesting to do after landing while bringing a touch of the state’s reading culture and local identity into the airport experience.
