The Goa government has approved the transfer of 96,512 square metres of land at Parcem in Pernem to the Goa Housing Board for the state’s first affordable housing complex under a scheme aligned with PMAY. The Housing Board also appointed CBRE South Asia as a consultant to formulate an affordable housing policy aimed at expanding such projects across all talukas.
