Subedar Ratan Singh of the Yamuna Task Force urged all Delhi residents to join cleanup and awareness efforts, saying no single group can restore the river alone. The task force and NGOs conduct daily cleanups and campaigns across neighbourhoods, schools and markets. Political leaders also joined drives as government measures proceed to tackle Yamuna pollution.
