The 87-year-old veteran South Indian actress Kanchana donated property valued at about Rs 100 crore to the Tirupati temple after winning a long legal battle with relatives. Once a leading Sandalwood star who appeared in over 150 films across Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, she now leads a simple, spiritual life and often travels by auto rickshaw.
