Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said women's and children's safety, dignity and welfare are top priorities, outlining measures including 11 One Stop Centres, 15 shelter homes, 14 working women's hostels, linked emergency helplines, extensive CCTV coverage, bus marshals, safer lighting and self-defence training in schools to strengthen protection and ensure timely assistance.
