Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said the state has transformed since 2017 into a technology hub, citing mobile-phone manufacturing, electronics components, startups, data centres and AI initiatives. He noted UP now produces around 60% of India’s mobile phones, hosts major investments like an HCL-Foxconn chip unit, and aims to develop an AI City and scale tech skilling.
