Delhi is gearing up for the festive season with three special committees to coordinate traffic and civic arrangements for Ramlila, Durga Puja and Chhath. The teams will work on event permissions, traffic flow, security, sanitation, medical aid, fire safety and other essential services. A proposed single-window system for NOCs is also aimed at making event planning smoother.
