In Moscow, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar met President Vladimir Putin, who said Russia is prioritising energy, fertilisers, nuclear power and high technology in ties with India. They will meet at the SCO summit in Kyrgyzstan (31 August, 1 September) and at BRICS in New Delhi (12, 13 September). Putin credited Modi for trade growth and both aim for $100 billion by 2030.
