Espressif has started mass production of the ESP32-S31 DevKit, a dual-core RISC-V board running up to 320 MHz that integrates 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and IEEE 802.15.4 for Zigbee and Thread. It also includes a Gigabit Ethernet MAC. Developers should evaluate SDK support, peripherals, power modes and antenna and software integration before adopting it for commercial or production-grade IoT products.
