India's External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan discussed deepening the India-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, exchanged views on geopolitical developments, and laid the foundation stone for India's new High Commission chancery in Singapore.
