External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, speaking at Ghana's Foreign Service Institute in Accra, urged stronger supply-chain resilience for fuel, food, fertiliser and finance, defended the Global South's right to industrialise, and promoted strategic autonomy as India's foreign policy. He highlighted India's economic transformation, technological capabilities, partnerships with Africa, and the goal of deepening cooperation during his three-nation visit.
