Congress leader Rahul Gandhi urged citizens to join the 'Chalo Delhi Ramlila March' on November 1, calling it a nonpartisan movement to protect democracy, stop 'vote theft' and defend the Constitution. He asked students and others not to fear police action and said the INDIA bloc will hold a mock parliament and rally at Ramlila Maidan as planned.
