Did Dr B. R. Ambedkar Accept the Concept of Sanatana Dharma as Claimed by Orthodox Hindus?

Ambedkar rejected Sanatana Dharma as defended by orthodox Hindus because it legitimized caste, untouchability, hereditary privilege and scriptural authority. He distinguished religion as moral guidance from religion as social domination, opposing doctrines that perpetuated inequality. Ambedkar embraced Navayana Buddhism, advocating equality, rational inquiry and social justice, while not denying spirituality or ethical religion per se.
