Pranav Adani performed Bhoomi Poojan at a 22-acre Matunga site to begin construction of Dharavi’s rehabilitation, planning ten high-rise towers with 10,432 apartments and 1,379 commercial units. A joint venture of Adani Group and Maharashtra will give eligible in-situ 350 sq ft flats, phase handovers between 2029 and 2030, and ANDPL will manage upkeep for ten years.
