Delhi’s viral “Fat Dogs of Delhi” contest has crowned Gola, a 75-kg community dog from Hauz Khas, as its winner. Gola defeated Saket’s Googoo by 39,904 votes after nearly 94,000 people voted in the final. Despite passing away during the competition, Gola remained on the ballot as supporters rallied behind her. The contest also sparked donations for street-dog welfare.
