From November 1, the Delhi government will implement a winter action plan until January 31 to curb severe air pollution. Measures include banning non-BS-VI and older out-of-city vehicles, doubling parking fees, imposing a 50% work-from-home rule, restricting construction and demolition, banning open waste burning, and requiring schools and institutions to follow dust-control and pollution-mitigation norms.
