Delhi has launched its PM Surya Ghar portal, giving residents a single platform to apply for rooftop solar installations and access subsidy and vendor details. Eligible households can receive combined Centre and Delhi government subsidies of up to ₹1.56 lakh. The portal is part of the city’s push to expand rooftop solar and encourage more households to switch to clean energy.
