NDMC and DDA will plant 467,000 tulip bulbs imported from the Netherlands across Delhi parks this winter, with 300,000 for NDMC locations and 167,000 for DDA sites. MCD parks will not feature tulips again due to prior damage and non-procurement. Bulbs are planted in December, bloom January, February, and some are reused after climate-controlled storage.
