Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off a group of youths bound for Haryana under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan 2026, urging them to learn from local culture, development models and innovations while promoting Uttarakhand’s heritage. The exchange, running September 17 to October 17, aims to expose participants to on-the-ground practices, encourage youth interaction, showcase folk arts, and foster ideas for tourism and community-led initiatives.
