Chandigarh University's CUBIC, a university-led quantum incubator, signed an MoU with 247VC to connect deep-tech startups with investment, mentorship and business support. Announced during PRAGATI Q-Foundry 2026 in New Delhi, the partnership aims to accelerate commercialization of quantum technologies and facilitate investor introductions, pitch events, and fundraising readiness under India's National Quantum Mission.
